Why is the size of my board limited to a maximum of 3 members?
In an early stage company, it is best practice to keep the size of the Board between 1 and 3 people. First, there is no advantage or governance imperative to fill the board with additional members. Second, the smaller size, the faster decision-making can occur to allow the company to move forward.
