Can I use Gust Launch if I am NOT a US citizen but I am based in the United States?

Yes, as long as your company has a physical address in the United States (no P.O. boxes!), US citizenship or residency is not required to use Gust Launch. You can even use Gust Launch without a US tax id (SSN or ITIN). Note that using Gust Launch as a non-US citizen will require your EIN application to be submitted via fax (rather than the online system) which has an average turnaround time of 45-60 days.

However, it is important to note, that you CANNOT then use your own company to sponsor you for an H1-B work visa in the US. So while you may end up owning a US company, you paradoxically may not be able to work for it.
