Who sees my forms that I sign? Are they sent anywhere?

Government forms that you sign are transmitted by Gust to the appropriate government agency, including the State of Delaware (for your certificate of incorporation), the IRS (to receive your Employer Identification Number) and your home state (for foreign qualification). Internal corporate documents, such as stock transfer forms and option grants are kept confidentially in your document vault, and accessible only to the signatories and people you authorize. In addition, if you track expenses on Gust Launch and then add Financial Management to your subscription, your expenses to date will be shared with your accountants to make onboarding easy and cheap.
