Are expansion packages available to companies who incorporated off Gust Launch?

Unfortunately, no. To make use of any of Gust Launch’s legal capabilities (or the services provided by our partners), a company must have used Gust Launch to draft its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. All of the legal features available through Gust Launch are built specifically to work with the industry-standard language included in our formation documents. Additionally, our partners provide their services through our platform (and at much lower rates than usual) under the same understanding: that startups who start with Gust Launch are optimized according to best practices for high-growth ventures. If you incorporated and operated your business initially through another service or by doing it yourself, there are too many opportunities for variation for us to be able to provide our additional services to your business.
