Max is the inventor of The Halo Light. Max started in construction, laying sewer pipe below ground 8 years ago. Since then he has worked in a variety of positions in both residential and commercial construction. He founded The Halo Light, LLC in 2011 based on the invention of The Halo Light. His deep concern for improving the safety of people in risky environments is the founding principle of the company.

Andrew is a veteran of new product incubation and development following the career of a serial "intrapreneur" over 13 years at Microsoft. He was an early member of many new consumer product introductions including Xbox, Xbox Live, Xbox 360, Zune, Kin Phone, and the Courier digital notepad, leading product management, product planning, brand marketing, and business development. Earlier in his career Andrew was a process and business re-engineer.
