Perth Angels is a network of private investors actively engaged in local emerging ventures, providing funding and mentorship.

Perth Angels typically look at investment propositions that require $100k to $500k for a 15% to 40% holding.

Perth Angels has participated by way of investment in a number of early stage high growth emerging ventures across industries.

In order to be considered, you will be able to meet the following.

1. Product (is at least at prototype level)


2. Validation (of customer demand)


3. Stage (development, growth or commercialisation)


4. Market (advantage over alternatives, size of the gap in the markets you are targeting and value of that market)


5. Execution (strategy to execute from now to targeted position to provide opportunity to realise liquidity)


6. Team (credentials to succeed)


7. Ask (detail the investment you are seeking, both funds and smarts, and what they will be applied to and investment structure)

Please note: current valuation must be commensurate with the industry or sector and commercialisation stages.
