Formerly CEO of GlobalView Software Inc., where the company served hundreds of energy institutions building standard and custom software and data solutions for exchanges, brokers, multi-national and national energy companies, utilities, marketing and trading firms. Prior to that, Jon was in private equity and investment banking.

    35+ years of energy market development, hybrid (voice and screen) model design and management. Dan was a senior manager for 15+ years at the Natural Gas Clearinghouse (NGX), helping to develop the first North American physical exchange, which was eventually sold to TMX. Dan promoted a combination of voice and screen services, creating indices and derivatives. At NetEnergy, Dan was VP/Business Development and CCO, and implemented a hybrid model.

  • Chief Operating Officer - Founder

    More than 25 years in early stage company development, including market analysis, resource allocation, strategic planning, operations, software design, development and support, product management and customer engagement. Mike was formerly CIO at GlobalView Software Inc, overseeing all data processes and responsible for the gathering, homogenization and distribution of over 250 data segments. Mike also oversaw all customer fulfillment activities.

    VP Systems Development - Founder

    Responsible for design, implementation and testing Chuck has extensive experience with technology including hardware, system and database design and development of fault-tolerant systems. Prior to TruMarx, Chuck was the Associate Director of Systems Development for a multi-strategy hedge fund. He held a range of engineering positions during his 19+ years with Amoco/BP. Chuck has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.

    VP Operations and Consulting Services

    35+ years experience in customer service management. Accountable for overall client experience, set-up and training, product demonstrations, support of platform transactional activity, in-house technology infrastructure and internal/external technical support. Previously Director Worldwide Technical Accounts at Globalview Software, Inc. Earned a BS in Business Mgmt from Gettysburg College and is an MCP, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
