    Mr. Evans founded Energy Storage Systems Inc. (ESS) in 2011 and has served as its CEO since. Mr. Evans has over 15 years of experience leading a wide range of renewable energy product development at United Technologies Corp. and ClearEdge Power Inc. Mr. Evans has authored over 15 patents and patent applications. He holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

    Dr. Song joined ESS in April of 2012 as the CTO. Prior to joining ESS, Dr. Song was the Vice President of Research and Development at ClearEdge Power Inc., where she was responsible to lead all corporate R&D projects. Dr. Song holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She has authored 20 peer-reviewed publications and over 10 patents and patent applications.
