The SHAD Angel Network consists of alumni and friends of SHAD who are prepared to help SHADs in their entrepreneurial pursuit. The SHAD Angel Network operates at arms-length from Shad Valley International with the purpose of helping SHAD alumni be more successful in their entrepreneurial pursuits. Assistance may be in the form of advice/mentoring, introductions/networking, and loans/investments.
Companies applying to the SHAD Angel Network must meet the following criteria:
- At least one senior executive with a Vice President or CXO title must be a SHAD Alumni;
- The company must be incorporated in Canada;
- The company must have at least one full time employee;
- The company must have a complete business plan in word or presentation format.
