By supporting ventures from New York City and NYU, the incubators leverage the support structure of both the city and the university to accelerate innovation and commercialization.
The Varick and DUMBO Incubators focus on the success of startups in the data, machine learning, ai, mobile, cloud, platforms and marketplaces verticals. Our unique two-year program is milestone driven and supports startups through curated resources. Companies are mandated to hit milestones every six month in exchange for low-cost rent, $300k+ in-kind benefits, In-Residence support (Investor, Designer, Strategist and Entrepreneur), network of potential customers, investors, top-tier students and faculty paid for by the Incubators, and a network to industry leading mentors.
