He brings over 20 years of senior management experience and international business consulting to ZOMM. As a world-renowned speaker and author, Mr. Penix also brings a diverse worldwide following to ZOMM that supports the strategic goals of the organization. Previously, Mr. Penix served as Chief Executive Officer of Learning Centers of America, where he led the company to explosive growth and ultimately a very successful sale.

Previously, Mr. Gooden co-founded Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR), and was instrumental in growing the business from a start-up to an industry leader with more than $100 million in revenue. He also led the process for multiple M&A transactions and played a key role in raising over $400 million in VC funding and the company’s IPO in 2010. Prior to Motricity, Nathan served as a lead auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Boston market.

Mr. Lanphear brings more than 22 years of Sales, Business Dev and Product Development experience. Before ZOMM, Mr. Lanphear served as Director-Global Business Development for zvelo, where he led their efforts into China, India and new vertical markets including mobile, advertising and analytics. Previously, Mr. Lanphear served in executive leadership positions with companies like Verizon/GTE, Openwave, Wavemarket/LocationLabs and Autodesk.
