With a Masters degree in Development Economics, he is a father and grandfather with 12 years experience of working with young people. He has worked with several housing associations providing shelter accommodation for young people in housing needs, mentoring them and providing support to help them access services like post 16 education, health care, employment and leisure opportunities within the community.
