ZiggyTec's solution allows for property management companies to automatically collect energy data from buildings which is utilised for sustainability reporting for real estate portfolios. Current solutions are cost prohibitive but ZiggyTec have developed a Data As a Service (DaaS) solution which is based upon an annual recurring fee with no installation costs.
