    Owner/ manager

    Mr. Mendez brings years of experience as an Entrepreneur and Project Manager. His enthusiasm and understanding of marketing has made him a successful Promoter for a variety of businesses. He is TRX Group Suspension Trainer Certified and Zumba Certified. He has experience as a personal trainer to professional athletes recovering from sports-related injuries or seeking preventive wellness care. He attended John Molson School of Business.

  • Urpi Samara Carhuachagua
    owner/ Operation manager

    Currently a management-level government employee, Mrs. Carhuachagua has vast experience as a Project Manager. She is a graduate of McGill University faculty of business. Mrs. Carhuachagua is a certified Zumba instructor and has instructed classes in multiple gyms and studios in the greater Montreal area. She is a Black Belt title holder and a Canadian National Medalist in Japanese karate.
