He has worked as broker in Deutsche Bank, CP Capital, Viktriz Corporation, Tetra-2 Ltd. and Procurement Director at Pilsen Steel s.r.o. in Czech Republic. He has studied at elite universities in the UK, Switzerland and the Russian Federation.

Boasting a colourful educational background in international marketing from four countries including Germany and the UK, Lea's expertise lies within content marketing, performance marketing, campaign management and communications. She's worked across various industries and functions along with founding a marketing freelancer network and heading the marketing and communications department of the German branch of a professional services company.

Roman has over 20 years of experience in building enterprise systems & innovative technologies in telecommunications, the finance sector and designing & developing payment systems while turning them to mainstream products. He has brought numerous innovations from concept to commercial success. As a CTO active for past 10 years.

Roman holds a doctoral degree in computer science with specialization in neural networks from Canterbury University.
