The company is growing the sturgeons and getting black caviar.
The production is based on recirculating aquaculture systems that allows to get the production up to 3 mln tonnes of black caviar annually during the whole year without any season dependence.
The factory also is ready for production of different varieties of fish processing, which means fish smoking, fish salting, fish conservation and production of semi-finished fish goods.
