Hayden started Zafirro after founding ProgressiveRx and GreenPrint. Both companies revenue growth exceeded 100% for the first three year and both were profitable by their second year. Hayden was named one of Inc. Magazines “Top 30 Under 30” and ComputerWorld’s “Top 40 Under 40”. He started and led an innovation department for Ford of Europe, was a Freeman Fellow in Asia and Rotary Scholar at Oxford University where he received a MBA.

James has led technology startups and innovation teams for most of the last 10 years and was recently recognized by Computerworld as one of the “100 Premier IT Leaders”. James led the development of advanced technology for Ford of Europe’s Advanced Product Group. At Zafirro, James oversees all technical and engineering decisions. James studied Applied Physics and Computing and holds a Masters degree in Automotive Product Engineering.

Ryan experience spans numerous industries bringing radical and innovative products to market while dramatically driving down costs of existing products. Before heading up Product Development at Zafirro, Ryan ran operations at The Larson Company. His team managed diverse design, engineering, and manufacturing resources, taking several products from vague conception through launch. Ryan also has extensive experience managing supply chains.
