EPT is a $200M company with 1,000 employees and ten locations. Randy has been in the CEO role at manufacturing companies for more than 15 years. Randy has BA’s in Management and Marketing from Texas Lutheran and an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

    Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

    Tom is a manufacturing expert with 35-years experience building batteries. Over 30 years in managing the factory for Silver-Zinc batteries at EaglePicher working with Randy Moore. As Plant Manager, he was responsible for over $100 million revenue producing multiple chemistries and battery formats. Tom achievements include improving on-time delivery from 68% in 2003 to 99.8% in 2016, reduced labor cost by 53%, and $1M per year in savings

  • Adam Weisenstein
    Chief Technical Officer

    Dr. Weisenstein joined ZAF Energy Systems, Inc., in December 2012. Dr. Weisenstein’s previous research is focused on solid oxide fuel cells through the development of a new perovskite-based electrodes. Dr. Weisenstein has led the development efforts to reduce costs and improve manufacturing design. Dr. Weisenstein completed his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering at Montana State University, where he also completed his doctoral thesis.

    Dave Wilkins has over 20 years of experience in a range of executive and sales with various technology and manufacturing companies. Dave led ViZn Energy from inception as CEO for 5 years including directing strategy, funding, management and critical milestones. Dave spent over 10 years in the wireless industry with executive positions at both Bearcom and Northstar. Mr. Wilkins founded NetWireless in 1996 and was Nextel’s largest Distributor.

    Craig has 25 years of executive management experience with a variety of start-ups in the financial and technology sectors. Mr. Wilkins is the Chairman of ViZn Energy. Previously, Craig was the founder and President/CEO of Acceptance Capital, a mortgage bank with offices in 30 states. Craig was also a founder in NetWireless, the largest distributor for Nextel. Craig has a BA in Finance and MA in Economics from University of Montana.
