Arnold is a solar technology innovator with 20 years of experience. He is the winner of an R&D 100 Award. Prior to YouSolar, Arnold founded SkyFuel, Inc., a company in the concentrating solar power sector. Before SkyFuel, Arnold was a Senior Consultant at Platts Consulting. While at Platts he authored a seminal solar energy study for the U.S. Dept. of Energy, “Fuel from the Sky”. Arnold has a PHD from CU Boulder and an MBA from Columbia.

Gene is the founding CEO of eIQ Energy and inventor of the patented DC-DC micro-converter that is key to YouSolar’s innovative power architecture. He was also a co-founder of AATI (IPO 2005), a power semiconductor company. Gene was VP of Sales and Marketing for Impala Linear Corp. where he turned the company around and led its sale to Fairchild. Gene has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, New Jersey.

Sanjay has over 30 years of senior management and operational experience in renewable energy and telecom sectors. Until recently he was the co-founder and COO of SunTerrace Energy. Prior to SunTerrace, Sanjay worked with Samsung and was responsible for nationwide roll out of Jio 4G network. Previous roles for Sanjay include senior positions at Nokia and Intel. Sanjay is a graduate from IIT Roorkee and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, USA

Coleman Moore is a developer with a focus on embedded systems with more than 30 years of experience across aerospace, renewable energy, transportation, and manufacturing. Coleman spent 12 years in software systems development with United Technologies, where he headed the software team that designed the fire suppression systems for the Airbus A380 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Coleman holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southwest University.

David Fillmore has worked for 20 years in the fields of computational physics and software architecture. From 1998 to 2005 he was an associate scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. From 2005 to 2016 David held positions as a senior research scientist at Tech-X Corp. David holds a B.S. in Physics from the UC Santa Cruz, and a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Atmospheric Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
