    Ann was born and raised in Red Cloud, Nebraska. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Fine Arts from Mills College in Oakland, CA. She performed with modern dance companies in the west and taught at various companies and colleges.

    After an injury to her ankle, which required physical therapy, Ann decided to combine her love of movement with the science of movement to teach others to move efficient
