Scott Raflo has been scripting and executing national grassroots marketing and visual campaigns for 20 years. His work includes support for AOL, Visa, numerous beltway contractors, former presidents, and over 200 senators and congressmen. Most recently, he was tasked with the redesign of all 96 storefronts, branding, and the social media strategy for the U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command. Scott is an avid artist, inventor, and engineer.

Jan Walter has worked with and consulted on over a dozen startup companies, and provided technology management expertise to companies, venture capital firms, and the “big 5” consulting firms for over 20 years. With positions ranging from systems engineering and DevOps to leading systems architecture groups and research/development, Jan has consistently been a team builder, a team player and king maker at every organization.

Tom Kearney has worked in the financial sector business for 34 years ranging from smaller boutique corporations to multibillion dollar financial service companies. In each of these organizations, Tom has been part of the senior management team overseeing finances, information technology, human resources, membership and fulfillment. Tom is a CPA and an avid outdoor sportsman. His primary interests are mountain biking, running, hunting and fishing.
