BSEE- Mr. Tavolacci is the co-founder of YCL & brings over 46 years of technical & business management experience. He has held key positions at GE, Harris, Support Systems Associates, Alamo Direct Mail & Computershare. Accordingly, he brings a history forming business alliances, negotiating critical contracts, managing extensive & complex systems. He is the main architect behind YCL’s AAL System and holds several patents and trademarks for same.

MS, MBA – 15 years of technical / IS management experience. Mark is a multifaceted individual with varied talents & interests. As an instructional designer, he has served as a college professor in computer networking, programming & web design. As an entrepreneur, he has founded a company that trains photographers & another that designs computer networks. Mark has held technical & lead positions at Everest University, Tampa Tech Institute, & more.

MA- 5 years experience as an educator. Ms. Woods graduated summa cum laude from USF with a BA in English literature & began working as a tutor for the Hillsborough School District's AVID (Advancement via Individual Determination) program. In May of 2014 she graduated at the top of her class with a MA in Mass Communications, in addition to her efforts at YCL she works with one of the nation’s leading branding & imaging consultants.

AAS, BA – 10 years of marketing and public relations experience. Ms. Garcia earned an A.A.S. in Multimedia Management from College of Westchester. She expanded her studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and ultimately at the University of South Florida (USF) earning her BA degree in public relations. Currently in addition to her duties at YCL she manages digital marketing integration at Fortune Global Fortune 500.

Ms. Tavolacci brings over 45 years of business experience from management to owner/operator of a highly successful service business. She has worked with Fortune 500 & mid-size companies such as Merrill Lynch, Frederick Hatch & Company, & Deltec Bank & Trust, specializing in client relationship management. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian, & English. She has exceptional people & communication skills & is a co-founder / shareholder of YCL, Inc.
