Shana Lawlor, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of YOPP. In 2007, Shana started a small business that placed products in Harrods, Costco etc. Shana previously worked in IT at Booz Allen and is the founder of Arlington Small Business Day (ASBD), the event that inspired YOPP. ASBD was visited by President Obama and endorsed by Congressman Moran. In 2014, she received the Top 40 Power Women in DC Tech award and in 2015 she was selected to join MindShare.

Sarah Lakey, MBA, is YOPP’s Director of Marketing and Small Business Partnerships. She has nearly a decade of experience in marketing and sales in the retail and restaurant industries and was the first national wholesaler for Lucy Activewear Brand and first wholesaler in Oregon for the Lululemon Athletica Brand.


Chio Diez is YOPP’s mobile UX/UI Design & Brand Manager. She is also the Founder and CEO of CH1O an independent design and consulting business focused on application design. Prior to starting her own business Chio was the Lead Mobile Designer and Illustrator for Movisol a leading mobile media publisher of entertainment apps and games for iOS and Android smartphones based in Spain.

Javier Brugues is YOPP’s CTO. He is also the Founder and Executive VP for FDV Solutions a global IT solutions firm with extensive experience building mobile applications for Pfizer, P&G, Nextel, Merck, Kraft Foods, Foodzie and adRise.
