“Kooiker” has been in the wireless retail industry 18 years, most recently as COO of a forty store retail chain. Previously Kooiker was the President of a 120 store retail chain, Mobile Telesys, where he lead the company from one store to nearly 200 million in annual revenue within 4 years. While at Telesys he designed and built a cutting-edge wireless retail system that facilitated the activation of 500,000 transactions annually.

Ground zero for our vision and concept, Angela is the VOC2: Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Company. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t be doing this! Angela most closely identifies with our target customers and the pain we are easing for them. Prior to Yip Yap Angela was co-founder of Ultimate SoCal Vacation Homes and managed the operations to consistent double-digit year-over-year gains in both sales and operating profits.

As a Creative Director she has created advertising and branding for Reebok, Courtyard hotels, the U.S. Olympics, and most recently Verizon Wireless. She named their first Android device: "DROID," and went on to manage the DROID campaign for 6 years createding over 60 television commercials, a dozen radio ads, and countless print advertising for the DROID brand.

A wireless industry veteran of 15 years, he has been responsible for multi-unit management of wireless phone sales in corporately owned and national big box retailers such as Best Buy, Costco, and Wal-Mart. He also managed Verizon’s Office of the President Executive Relations Team. Most recently Joseph was the head of sales over a 35-store independently owned chain of Verizon dealer stores. Our consultant on matters of corporate governance and compliance, Michael currently serves as Associate Broker at Kingly Properties in Las Vegas. He previously held various licensed and unlicensed positions in the securities industry, and has been the principle consultant to numerous development and early growth stage public companies. He has a Degree from UNLV and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor Degree at the William S. Boyd School of Law.

Johnny has been building and sourcing mobile devices globally for over 15 years, having delivered millions of mobile devices all over the world. He works with Asian and US based businesses to develop and manufacture hardware and software with high quality at great value. A graduate of the University of Liverpool, Johnny has spent the last decade living and working in Asia.
