Company Summary

Yikes employs different wireless protocols through a system we call the “yMAN”(yikes multiple access node). The yMAN provides proximity location tracking of mobile guests, fully automated access to room and in-room automation, all centrally managed using wireless systems.

Yikes is deploying its' proprietary yWAIT, yMAN and yLINK systems at a beta location and has key relationships with the major brands for mass deployment.

He is responsible for Yikes’ development and the coordination of key elements of product launch.

    Chief Executive Officer

    As founder of Yikes, Ben manages the operations and strategic positioning of the company. He is the main contributor to the Yikes patent for utilizing wireless technology to implement location-based tracking of an individual within a building. . Ben holds a BA in Communication Studies from Butler University.

    Loren has 20 years of experience in the installation and deployment of IT systems. He spent twelve years as a lead installer for Sprint where he led multiple crews. Loren brings a deep insight to the deployment requirements that Yikes will encounter moving forward.

    HP's General Manager of the Global Hospitality division. Ken is uniquely connected with decision-makers in the hospitality industry. Ken continues to be critical in establishing HP as an on-site property installation partner and support path.

    DiMilia brings over 20 years of business success with a range of innovative technologies and global markets. His leadership will help shape Yikes’ product vision in delivering cloud based solutions that leverage wireless and proximity-based technologies to improve the hotel guest experience. DiMilia most recently served as Vice President of Hospitality at Control4.

    Ten years’ experience with managing financial and accounting functions for two research and development facilities and an oilseed processing plant. Financial statement reporting, cash flow analysis, international reporting, and capital project oversight were some key areas of responsibility. Facilitated accounting for construction of $52 million dollar processing plant.

    Vice President of Service Delivery

    Webb has over 20 years experience in information technology. Most recently, he has been serving in a senior consulting role at HP as a hospitality industry specialist. Prior to joining HP, Webb spent 11 years managing the reservation and distribution technology at Hilton Worldwide. . Webb has an MBA from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University and a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
