Providing IT Helpdesk services to Households via membership. There will be 3 kinds of membership; basic, silver and gold. In basic, you will be getting service per case and billed per case. In silver you will have 3 cases per month, in gold 5 cases per month and 1 at site service for free. We will be primarily offering IT solutions over the phone to our customers. And will provide on site services when necessary.
