Company Summary

Yella is a customer experience management tool that helps big chain fast food and quick serve restaurants gather feedback by surveying their customers. We put QR codes on receipts that takes the user to a brief questionnaire. The user gets reward points in return and feedback is displayed in the form of analytics dashboards at the store, region, and corporate level. Real-time feedback helps avert blunders like the subway footlong controversy.
