    President / Co-Founder

    Yoeri began his career as trader for ING's Investment Management division in Belgium. Since then he's circled the globe, first managing sponsorships for ING Canada, then as lead of ING's global sponsorship valuation program out of Amsterdam (which resulted in their F1 sponsorship) and as Head of Sponsorships for ING Asia/Pacific (based in Hong Kong). Recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for the Canadian Ski Federation.

    CEO / Co-Founder

    Steve Baskin spent the last twenty-five years in charge of talented teams at ad agencies, consultancies, tiny start-ups and global corporations. His marketing programs have won all of the top awards. As the US Head of Strategic Sponsorships and Advertising at ING, the company’s sponsorship launch was named the best in the NA. Since February 2012, Steve has been in charge of building YAVAY.

  • Mick de Haas
    Chairman / Co-Founder

    Mick de Haas is well known in Formula 1, Football (soccer) and Olympic circles, having spent the better part of his career as a top European marketing and sponsorship consultant. As a consultant for ING, Mick met Yoeri and Steve while negotiating one of the largest Formula 1 deals in history on behalf of the company. Mick currently runs MdH Consulting, his international marketing and consulting agency.

  • Matthew Brown
    CTO

    Matthew Brown can build anything that the YAVAY team can think up – as long as it’s digital.  Matthew spent the last eighteen years building document management systems for the world's largest engineering firms and the SaaS platform Constructware.  Matthew founded and ran CorData, an Atlanta-based digital consultancy, for the last thirteen years.  Matthew joined YAVAY in 2012.  Shortly after that, everything began to work.

  • Robb Dillon
    Head of Sales

    Robb Dillon is in charge of turning event marketers and sponsorship decision-makers into YAVAY customers.  He has spent most of his fifteen year career in the media and sports worlds.  At Turner Sports, he sold multi-platform sponsorships across NBA, MLB, NASCAR, PGA and College Football properties. At Career Sports and Entertainment he helped both brands and properties navigate the sponsorship landscape.
