Povilas has taught himself programming at the age of 12 and has been passionate about building and hacking things together ever since. Founder of one of the first Lithuanian mobile communities (back in the WAP era) and an open-source CMS Diferior (reviewed by various high-profile tech blogs), he built XtGem as a passion-project in a couple of months and grew it to a million users before assembling a team and making it his full-time venture.

Educated in Biotech and Genetics I truly discovered myself in sales and marketing. Started 2 student ventures while at university and realized that developing business is what drives me most. Previously worked on a startup called Pinevio and currently do my best for Lithuanian startup eco-system - lot's of incredible tech talent here that will produce awesome startups and will require strong business development leadership.
