    XStor Medical Systems founder and CEO, is a seasoned veteran with twenty-five years of experience in systems software, storage and healthcare solutions. Previously as the CEO of Novasonics (Zonare), he led the company from the conception to delivery of their revolutionary ultrasound product. Prior to that he was a senior executive at IBM. Syed managed a global development team that brought over three billion dollars of revenue to the company.

    Dr. Sanjaya Kumar pioneered the development of clinical informatics based solutions to improve the safety, quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery at Quantros, a company that he founded in 1997. Under Dr. Kumar’s visionary leadership, Quantros grew to be a recognized leader in web-based healthcare data management solutions. Dr. Kumar is a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences, and is published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

    As Co-Founder & EVP Sales and Marketing for Quantros, Inc., Tom managed a team of regional territory managers and inside sales staff to drive organic and up-sell opportunities. Was key in establishing state hospital association partnerships and joint agreements with other healthcare IT vendors. He has also held sales and management roles at Caredata.com, Sun Healthcare, Transcend Services, Baxter Healthcare, The Upjohn Company.

    Vice President - Operations

    In his 30 years of industry experience Zafar has held senior management positions at Texas Instruments, Fujitsu, Samsung, Hitachi and BOPS a DSP start-up company. He has managed groups with responsibility for operations, product development, strategy and business management. He has also worked with partners around the world to facilitate development, manufacture and delivery of advanced system on chip solutions and application software.

    Co-founder and CTO, has over ten years of experience in system architecture, design, implementation and testing. He has led the development of commercial applications for storage virtualization, industrial strength web application servers, and healthcare imaging software.     Vice President - Customer Experience

    Jim has over 15 years of experience in medical imaging in various management roles. He was the chief architect and CTO of an orthopedics imaging company for six years where he led the development and launch of their industry-leading software platform. He also worked at the University of Chicago where he developed one of the first integrated RIS-PACS systems in the nation and managed enterprise imaging rollout to 2000+ users.

    Software Architect

    XStor’s software development leader. He has over fifteen years of extensive product development experience in data bases, web applications, and in network and application security. Ron’s extensive software expertise includes Java, C, and LINUX. His work experience includes 2wire, Cerrito, Philips Switzerland, Innovation, and DEC. Ron received his MS from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zürich, Switzerland.

    Vice President - Engineering

    Sharjeel is based in India and has extensive expertise in software development and commercialization across multiple industries including Healthcare and Telecommunications.
    Previously, Sharjeel worked for Motorola (US) and was responsible for the development of next generation cellular applications, for the Linux-Java and Android Platforms managing large teams spread across four countries: US, India, China and Brazil.
