Kimberly's background is in education and sales, including seven successful, highly ranked years as a pharmaceutical sales rep. In 2007 Kimberly started her first business, and now has 160 people working for her providing services for people with developmental disabilities throughout Northern New Mexico. Kimberly is a visionary and inspiring leader who creates strong teams with aligned culture and direct focus on their ultimate goal.

Peter has proven success in overseeing operation & growing business from the bottom up. Peter helped Kimberly build Santa Lucia from $250K to $6MM over 6 yrs. Peter’s architectural background provides an imperative skillset when we’re working through complicated structures and organizations. Peter holds a BA in Architecture from Tulane University.

Keith has more than 18 years of experience in programming, computer simulation and data analysis, including stints in the semiconductor and laser weaponry industries. He has held critical research positions with Motorola, Los Alamos National Lab and MZA Associates, and also serves as technical lead for startup companies in New Mexico and Texas. Keith earned his PhD from Loughborough University of Technology.

Brian has over 10 yrs in programming & database design. Prior to Xpress, he served as an electrical engineer with MZA Associates. Brian and Keith have worked together for a decade. He earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.
