Xolve is Mr. Biondi’s sixth early stage company as a senior manager, his second nanotechnology venture and his third stint as CEO. He helped found two of his previous companies. Two of these companies he has been involved with made successful initial public offerings, a third was acquired and the other two are profitable companies. He has raised over 50 million in equity capital in these ventures.

Dr. Clauss holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana; he is a very experienced industrial chemist and development manager. He previously served as a senior R&D manager for the Procter and Gamble Company. He holds 8 patents.

Mr. Mireles holds a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Texas Tech, a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and an MBA degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is experienced in the areas of intellectual property, corporate valuations, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Apfelbach is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the start-up phase of four high tech businesses in the last nine years. He has raised over $170 million in combined funds for these companies. He is currently CEO of ZBB, Inc., a publicly-traded company.

James P. HamiltonChief Scientific Officer
Dr. Hamilton is currently Professor in Chemistry and Engineering Physics at UW-Platteville. He is also Director of the new UW-System Nanotechnology Center for Collaborative Research and Development and a University of Wisconsin Distinguished Professor. Xolve is Dr. Hamilton's second nanomaterials company.
