He served as Vice President and Senior Strategic Advisor at HGST. He became part of the HGST team as a result of HGST’s acquisition of Skyera, an All Flash Array Storage start up, where he served as the CEO.

He has 30 years of experience in the digital storage, semiconductor, and technology Industries, with an exceptional proven track record in global sales and executive leadership. Mr. Eisenberg’s impressive record of achievements includes 18 years in the solid state storage market. He has successfully leveraged both direct and indirect sales models across diversified, globalized customers in Enterprise, OEM, Channel, and Consumer market segments.

Mr. Saman, has over 25 years of legal, corporate and international experience at top-tier global law firms and public, pre-IPO and private technology companies, including venture-backed enterprises. Robert has extensive experience in corporate and board governance; business development and international expansion; compliance and risk management; intellectual property; public/private M&A; securities laws; and equity and debt venture financings.

Mr. Laskey, is a senior finance and operations executive with over 25 years global experience in both public and private technology-based companies. He was the CFO at Quest Software (Acquired by Dell) during its IPO and was brought in as CFO at MSC.Software to manage its financial restatement and subsequent listing on NASDAQ.

Mr. Vakilian, has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor and enterprise Industries where he successfully established ground up business unit that generated over $500 Million of revenue. Kevin’s extensive ingenuity, innovation, operation, marketing, product design and development experience has collectively put him in a unique position to build, manage, and create world class products for memory and storage industries.

Mr. Gervasi, has over 40 years of experience in high speed memory subsystem definition, design, and product development. His background is in computer sciences and his career highlights include 19 years at Intel where he was systems hardware designer, software designer, and strategic accounts manager. Mr. Gervasi subsequently was with S3 where he was a graphics architecture specialist and at Transmeta as memory technology analyst.

he has been a key contributor in the computer, semiconductor, and storage industry for over 30 years. Prior to Xitore, Doug was at HGST where he was responsible for business management of large petabyte scale storage systems. Before that Doug served as Senior Director of Product Marketing at sTec (acquired by HGST) which pioneered the concept of solid state drives (SSDs) for use in enterprise computing applications.
