Mr. Race was instrumental in a 3i VC funded MBO that made a successful exit in 2003 to a large instrumentation firm. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the UMASS and an MBA from The Wharton School.

    James joined the Company management team full time in October 2016 after participating in the Board of Directors since 2015. James comes from Wall Street and has a BS and MBA from Fordham University in 1983.

  • David Fairhurst
    Co-founder

    Dr. Fairhurst is a leading scientist in particle measurements, with over 200 published papers in this field. He was formerly VP and co-founder of Sun Smart Inc. and led the team that developed Z-Cote transparent zinc oxide, a material venture that Forbes Magazine called “One of the ten best nanotechnology products for 2003.” Dr. Fairhurst retired from day to day operations with the company but continues as a technical and strategy consultant.

  • Finance Manager

    Ms. Meskill is the Company's Finance Manager. She received a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University in 1987 and has worked in finance at several companies in the packaging industry, including Corporate Controller for a Stone Container Corporation and Gaylord Container Corporation joint venture. Mrs. Meskill has helped many early stage ventures secure funding. Mrs. Meskill also attended the Wharton Business School Executive MBA Program
