As seen on Shark Tank, Xero Shoes makes barefoot-inspired footwear. Over 50,000 people wear our lightweight recreational performance sandals for walking, hiking, yoga, working out, paddle boarding, taking a stroll, or even running a 100-mile ultramarathon.
Sales have been primarily B2C online, but we're now aggressively moving into retail with orders from a number of international and multinational distributors.

CEOAll-American sprinter and barefoot runner, Steven is the company visionary. A successful serial entrepreneur and Internet marketer, Steven developed the industry standard software for film/TV scriptwriters. He's also an award winning TV personality and former professional stand-up comic. Steven has a BS from Duke University and an MFA from Columbia University.

Chief Development OfficerDennis Driscoll manages new product development and brings a great deal of experience from his long and successful career in the footwear industry. Dennis was previously the Global Design Director for Crocs, where he managed all of the new product designers for a $1 billion revenue public footwear company. He was also a founder of Avia Athletic Footwear, and has held senior roles with Converse, Wilson Sporting Goods and Doc Martens Footwear.

COOLena Phoenix manages vendor relationships, all financial functions, customer service, and fulfillment operations. She previously founded and later sold a mortgage brokerage business, and has managed operations for numerous other businesses. Lena attended Reed College and holds a BA from Naropa University.
