Louis is a seasoned and successful social-minded entrepreneur. His previous private equity business was founded in 2002 and progressed to an annual turn-over of R110 million in 2009, when it was successfully exited via a trade sale. He is an astute business man with a wide range of management skills and business insight from start-up, business development and growth to successful exit.

Stefan is a micro finance industry stalwart and has been involved in the sector for more than 17 years. He has seen the operational side of various micro finance branches for several years and has successfully managed the operational teams. Stefan co-founded Xen's in South Africa and Money Direct in Mauritius with Louis. His qualifications include a law degree (B Iur) from the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein.
