Sebastian studied Geology at the University of Southampton, and has enjoyed successful careers in property development, professional sailing and more recently online sales. An accomplished creative problem solver, Sebastian has designed and developed a number of innovations across various industries, the most recent of which is Ratio Shopping.

Damien has been involved in a number of tech start-ups, specialising in the technical and operational areas as well as strategic direction. He has a depth of knowledge across wide variety of areas which are critical to the success of a start-up venture. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems along with a number of software development certifications from his time as a programmer.
