The goal of The Saturday Night Chef is to allow a novice home cook with an interest in exceptional cooking to achieve this level of cooking with success by removing the typical complexity and anxiety associated with challenging cooking. Recipes are printed on one side of a single 8 ¾ X 7 ¼ card, stored in a plastic index box and supplied with (2) recipe frames, with preparation and utensil guidelines. A large variety of dinners are represented.
