An artist and Professor by trade, Mrs. Montalvo D’Franco holds a Bachelor’s in Illustration and Communication Design from Pratt Institute in New York and a Master’s in Graphic Design from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.

Fleriser Bello is the Director of Event Coordinating and Media Relations for the Latino Food Festival and is the President of the Bello Consulting Group, an event planning company.
Ms. Bello, was the event planner for Top Latino Magazine in NYC, & coordinated a red carpet & networking event My Lifestyle Magazine.
Ms. Bello holds an Associate’s in Film and Media from Bronx Community College and a Bachelor’s from Hunter College in Media Studies.

Erja Vettenranta is the Director of Arts and Entertainment for the Latino Food Festival. Ms. Vettenranta will create cultural and entertainment offerings for the website including Latin cook books, films and fiction by Hispanic directors, museums, galleries, and cultural centers presenting and promoting Latin artists.

Ms. Vettenranta has a Master’s Degree in Spanish from the CCNY and a PhD in Hispanic Literature at the Graduate Center.

Rossana Hago is the Research Coordinator for the Latino Food Festival. Ms. Hago worked 8 years in the Latin restuarant field. She is a former Assistant Manager of Zocalo Grand Central and Zocalo Upper East side & she also worked at Pampano owned by Richard Sandoval & opera singer Placido Domingo.
