Siva graduated from the University of Madras majoring in Computer Science and did earned his MS in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani. In his 14 years long professional life, Siva has worked for Lucent Technologies and BA Systems building their network management solution. More recently, Siva worked on multiple products at Polaris Wireless, where his work on big data and data analytics solution helped him decide to start FindMyCarrots.

Kanwar earned his Bachelors in Engineering from University of Pune, majoring in Computer Science. In his 14 years' career, Kanwar has built products for startups like Azaire Networks and Mavenir Systems and established companies like CenturyLink and Lucent Technologies. More recently, Kanwar helped build and manage a multi-million dollar productline for Mavenir Systems. His zeal for successfully creating new things, made him start FindMyCarrots.

Arijit earned his Bachelors in Engineering from Jadavpur University majoring in Computer Science and Engineering and his MS from BITS, Pilani in Software Systems. In the past 17 years, Arijit has worked in building products for Telecom giants like Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies as well as for startups like Scalent Software Systems, BA Systems and Polaris Wireless. His recent work on data analytics inspired him to start FindMyCarrots.
