We are a crowd-investing platform for properties in Germany. Investors can buy shares from 50 euros and receive a rental payment according to their shares. After a certain period, we sell the property and split the profit among the users. All additional costs, such as real estate transfer tax, etc. are included in the price of a share. We've just launched and are now working on the finishing touches. Our pilot project yields a 4.57% net return.
