Tobias has been an entrepreneur since 2000 and has 15 years experience of developing and deploying Consumer Products and Services in Sweden and UK. Tobias has a track record of a successful IPO (2007) and an exit (2008,, to Sodexo) with his James Concepts AB. He's also been part of starting up a Taxi APP service in the UK - GetTaxi (2011-2012). Tobias holds a bachelors degree in Business and administration.

Fredrik has close to 20 years of international experience from Telecom (M2M), financial services and e-commerce, focusing on international expansion, partner relations, sales- and General management. Prior to WTS Fredrik was part of developing a global presence for Telenor Connexion, Paynova, LetsBuyIt.com and the InterContinental Hotels Group. He is multi-lingual and holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in International Business.

Mikael is a Direct sales specialist with 10 years experience of B2C & B2B sales from TV-, digital- and print media. Prior to WTS he has been working at Lokaldelen (EDSA), Bonnier and Viasat MTG. Mikael’s responsibilities has been Sales management and start-up/expansion of sales organisations. Amongst other achievements, Mikael managed a turn around in the Baltics and Ukraine for Viasats subscription sales in 2009, achieving a 600% sales increase.
