Company Summary
World At Competition (WAC) is a fully automated global platform which makes it an efficient business.
Its focus is on connecting opportunity (e.g. grant, conference) providers with eligible participants.
Being a web based project, WAC lets its users (organisations and students) to create a value, the Gross Margin of WAC is 95%.
In spite of the Freemium model, WAC plans at least 4 revenue streams:
- Upgrade (extra features);
- Recruitment of young people (for businesses);
- Peer Coaching;
- Integrated Sponsored Posts.
We are part of StartUp Lisboa business incubator with no equity sharing.
Besides, we have remote volunteers from Ukraine and other countries who share our mission and help to build partnerships and user base.

CEO and FounderFuture Leaders Exchange (FLEX) programme alumnus. Previously worked for American Councils for International Education. Co-founder of national community project Help and Travel Ukraine and organiser of several initiatives in Lithuania; worked as HR in Ukrainian outsourcing startup which grew from 20 to more than 500 employees in just 8 months.

DeveloperWas awarded a scholarship for the U.S. Institutes Studies and selected as representative of his country for the robotics competition in Utah, the USA, organized by NASA and Mars Society. Constantly practices developing various web products.

DesignerFinished Business Information Systems at Cardiff University, was on Erasmus programme in the UK. Has advanced skills in graphic design, practices animation. Besides, Dmytro possesses SEO knowledge as he works at SEO company at the moment.

Co-founder and PR at Yolo App Srl (Official EXPO 2015 App for LGBT community of Milan).
Besides, Diletta has a vast international experience required at World At Competition. She visited the United States several times while on exchange programme (UGRAD: George Washington University), or attending a summer school (Columbia University) as well as Canada (Simon Fraser University undergrad study abroad). Currently in Washington D.C. -
International CoordinatorAccomplished 3 international youth trainings. For more than a year Yuri had been a project coordinator at Ukrainian Youth Center where he was conducting local and international trainings, writing grant projects, and approaching new partners.
