Jack founded WorkTech in 1993 to provide consulting services on the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system. He turned his attention to timekeeping software and launched the WorkTech Time and Attendance application in 1993. Prior to WorkTech, Jack was worked in Real Estate Development, both as VP Commercial Division at CC&F . He was also Founder of Hall Davison & Co. After that, he was Maximo Division Head of PSDI, now owned by IBM.

Richard is an experienced finance executive having held leadership positions for such companies as Inforex (went public), Atex (sold to Kodak), wTe ($35-40m in sales), and FastChannel Inc. (merged with a public company). He holds an AB from Princeton University.

Michael is an experiences entrepreneur in the Workforce Management industry, having been founder and CEO of Strategic Labor, which was ultimately sold to Infor Global Solutions. Michael leads sales and marketing efforts at WorkTech with a focus on building out an international sales channel that can sustain WorkTech's growth in the international markets.
