Our company is a social network style staffing service that allows those looking for workers (job providers) and those looking for work (job seekers) to connect and perform jobs frictionlessly. Payments will be handled by our system and we will generate revenue by charging ~20% ontop of the hourly wage. After work is completed, both seekers and providers rate each other, creating a self-regulating quality system.
