Founder and CEO Mickey Wiles has over 35 years of executive business experience, including CFO at Ben and Jerry's and Seventh Generation, and the Executive Director of the Chittenden Turning Point Center. He is driven by his own experiences with substance use recovery and incarceration. His deep relationships in the sector and extensive business management experience position him to lead Working Fields' growth.

Chelsea brings organizational management and program development expertise gained through roles with the State of Vermont and the Vermont Community Foundation. She managed a $15 MM impact investment fund at the Foundation, and brings her relationships and experience to this growing social enterprise. She is adept at building partnerships and developing high performing teams.
