As a workforce development agency we partner employers with community colleges to solve their skilled labor shortages while eliminating recruiting costs. These agreements allow us to attract a previously untapped pool of students by promising jobs prior to schooling, and provide employers a stable pipeline of qualified talent. We operate via a network of Student Service Reps embedded in our partner colleges, and charge employers a placement fee.
