Work Frog is an ecosystem of Employers with per-diem staffing needs and pre-screened, qualified service workers ("Leapers") looking for flexible, part-time work. Employers post per-diem job opportunities to a web-based application accessed by PC or mobile device and Leapers apply for the jobs. Employers make their selection based on the Leaper's profile and Work Frog facilitates the check-in, time capture, check out, and payment for the users.
