Founded my first company when I was just 16 and started high school. Built a team of almost 20 active sales people and managed their activities when I was 17. Was a real estate broker in RE/MAX for just a year, but managed to be the top 2 broker by commission when I left to start my company. I had an important role in building one of the most promising Estonian clothing brands.

Founded a successful consulting company to help foreigners to do business in Estonia while still being on 2nd course in university. In 2015, was chosen to be Ebster of the year (Estonian Business School student of the year). Was part of building and launching the first full body photogrammetry scanner in Nordic countries and Baltic states.

Without having access to a camera and having a deep desire to create films I started learning 3D in high school. That developed further interest in 3D content creation and by the end of high school, I lectured Tartu Art School and Tallinn University of Technology students about various 3D concepts for three consecutive years. I was involved in building the first full body photogrammetry scanner rig in the Baltics and Nordics region.

Kaspar is a hard working team player with experience in sales and business development. Has started several small businesses, ran a nightclub while going to high school. Currently studies International Business in Estonian Business School.
