He has also simultaneously managed and was responsible for another multi-million dollar jig fixture manufacturing company start-up operation, hired 20 local employees in Aguascalientes Mexico.

He has worked over 25 years as a control engineer for Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Suzuki, Isuzu and Honda. His work includes the initial control designing of Main Body assembly lines control system, which is the most difficult system for auto plant assembly lines. Due to his outstanding project management skills, He was appointed by Nissan Japan to help Nissan’s North America’s project related to “Power 88”.
